Visas we lodge
India is the one most people come to Brickfields for, and it has a page of its own. The rest are lodged from the same counter.

The process
How it works
-
Call or walk in
Tell us the destination and your travel dates. We will give you the exact document list for that country and that visa type.
-
Bring the documents
Come to the mezzanine counter at No. 118 Jalan Tun Sambanthan. No appointment needed, and we are open daily.
-
We lodge it
We check everything against the current requirements, complete the form and submit it. Errors on a form are the most common reason an application is delayed.
-
We tell you the outcome
We follow the application and let you know as soon as there is a decision, then hand back the passport and the approval.
What to bring
The documents almost every visa needs
Every country asks for something slightly different, but almost every application starts from the same short list. Have these ready and the counter visit is quick.
-
Passport
The physical passport, not a photocopy. Most destinations want at least six months of validity left from your date of travel, and at least two blank pages.
-
Photograph
A recent photo on a plain white background. Size and head-proportion rules differ by country, so bring the digital file if you have it.
-
Travel details
Flight details and where you are staying. For most visas the itinerary needs to match the dates on the form.
-
Proof of address
Something recent that shows your Malaysian address, a utility bill, a bank statement or a tenancy agreement.
-
Supporting documents
Depending on the country: bank statements, an employment letter, or an invitation from family. We will tell you which of these yours needs before you start.
Three things no agency can promise
We would rather tell you this at the start than at the airport.
India e-Visa in detail- Visa fees are set by the issuing country, not by us, and they change. Ask for the current figure before you pay for anything.
- Processing times are set by the issuing authority. Nobody can guarantee one, and any agency that does is guessing, so book flights only once you know where the application stands.
- A visa is permission to travel to a border, not a guarantee of entry. The final decision always belongs to the immigration officer.

Tell us what you need
Send us the details and we’ll quote it.
Dates, headcount and where you want to go is enough to start. We come back with a real fare for those dates, or skip the form and just call in.
Enquiry form
Two required fields, the rest helps us quote faster.
Or just call in
A person, not a ticket number.
No appointment needed. Walk up to the mezzanine counter, or reach us on either number below.
